Built-in. Fire Place Conversion

Fireplace mantle and hearth were removed. We designed and installed an entertainment center, cabinetry and display selfing. Also the flooring perimeter and accent strip were installed to finish the project.

This Project was custom stairs. All stain grade. All stair parts were fabricated by Coast Side. Mahogany stair rail system, newel post and newel cap . Oak Treads and Risers. Our customer wanted storage under the stairs and wanted the doors to match the panel doors that were existing in the house. All doors and trim were custom and fabricated on site. One great feature about this projects is that I built a pull out in the smallest space under the stairs. The pull out slides are beefy and can hold up to 400 pounds.
